2 cups Garbanzo beans (soaked over night)
1 cup of chopped fresh spinach
1 finely chopped onion
3 cloves of minced garlic
1/2 TBS grated fresh ginger
1 cup of veggie broth
1/2 ts cumin powder
1/2 black pepper
1/2 TBS sea salt
1 ts chili powder
1 ts curry ( for some heat, add another 1/2 ts hot curry)
